Unfortunately the Monday Night General class has had to be cancelled for Term 3 due to tutor unavailability. Please contact classes@wpg.nz to discuss transferral to the Wednsday am class (if you are available during the daytime) or to register your interest for Term 4. New to clay? This class is designed for beginners and covers everything you need to get started — from hand-building and surface decoration to glazing and finishing techniques. Relaxed and friendly, it’s a great place to explore your creativity.
Class Times: 7pm – 9pm
Cost: $280 per term (10 weeks)
Includes all tools, clay, and firings – just bring yourself (and maybe an apron!)
Curious about trying the pottery wheel for the first time? This 5-week beginner wheel course is perfect for anyone keen to have a go in a relaxed, supportive studio environment — no previous wheel experience needed.
You’ll be guided through the basics of wheel throwing and glazing.

Saturday 25th July to 22nd August
Class Times: 9am – 12:00pm
Cost: $250 (5 weeks)
Includes all tools, clay, and firings – just bring yourself, an old towel, and an apron!
